My BFF's...........

Cathy, Amanda and Angie (or Angela)...aka CaManGela! hahaha We have been best friends for the last 18 years. WOW! You now the old saying..."You will always be my best friend...you know too much!" that is true in this case. It's great though. I LOVE my BFF's! We have been there for each other through: getting 3 drivers licenses, 6 - 8 cars, 5 weddings, 3 divorces, 6 kids, 101 birthdays, millions of tears and tons & tons more laughs. I am so thankful that God brought me these girls.....WAY back when!!! There is not a day that goes by that I don't think of them and wish we lived in the same town so we could see each other all the time. I will truly cherish them for the rest of my life!

This was taken at Gram and Aunt Mary's church picnic in PA. We had a lot of fun! I will post some others from this day, too. I just thought I'd get a family picture while we were all still decent looking. ha

I'm praying for Marli!

Cancer free she will be!....that is what is on the other side of this braclet. Marli is Chad's cousin that lives in Miami. She just found out a few months ago that she has Ovarian AND Colon cancer. She is a wife and mother of 3. She is such a sweet lady! We don't get to see much of them because they live so far away but with God we will be able to see her soon (I believe we are scheduling a family reunion next year). Since beginning chemo her CA125 (a blood test that determines how much cancer is in her body) has gone from over 1700 down to 26.9 (last I heard). She has since shaved her head and bought a wig. One of her friends told her that it would be easier that way instead of watching it fall out anyway! She has her own blog if you want to see a picture of her and her family and get up-to-date information. Please just keep her and her family in your prayers! It looks like the prayers are working so far....a few more wouldn't hurt though. This just goes to show how important it is to stay in touch with family...you never know when you might lose someone. Thank God that hasn't happened in this case.
